We just finished the third day of training whereby the cooks are cooking for the front of the house. They have one more day before we start our dry runs. Spirits are good; everyone is learning. It's just a lot to absorb at one time but they are excited and they are becoming one team. The leaders are slowly emerging. The staff seem to like the food and the cooks are cooking more from their hearts rather than the book.
This is a picture of the stewarding team. They remind me of my dishwasher days. They are a great bunch of guys.
