The sticks in the water are where they grow the mussels. In these waters they also grow their oysters. Right in front of this, maybe no more than fifty yards, is a restaurant. We ate a mussel risotto, seafood pasta, and some raw and grilled oysters. One person commented on the color being unusual, one person did not like the taste. I enjoyed them, they probably tasted like how the water tastes. Too briny for some, good flavor and ono to me, no need the lemon, straight shot.
