When visiting Amasia, it's always great to get fed the new ideas that they come up with.  This dish I liked very much, it could be served by itself, with uni, with opihi, or with all of them in this style. What I love so much about DeeAnn is that she gets it, she gets the flavor profiles, she gets the idea of collaborating when I am here on Maui,  she gets the creative process, she gets what Amasia is all supposed to be about.
