Michelle made me my favorite pie, Lemon Meringue Pie. Of course, it’s a little twisted with her own flair. She never does anything conventional or simple----------and she made it super-sized. I tease her about the cakes she makes the size of battleships. Well, now, I will start teasing her about the size of her pies. This is my favorite pie because my mom used to make it when I was a kid, from scratch. She was in the kitchen often, making apple pies and such, but this one remains my favorite of hers.
