Well, Easter Sunday went by without any hard boiled eggs or any fanfare for us. Chef Chris and team spent the whole day cleaning the kitchen and filling it with food, preparing for the first day of training for the cooks in the kitchen. The kitchen was literally taken apart and put back together again after some deep cleaning.
