With Oliver Altherr in Hong Kong, on a boat to go out to Po Toi island for lunch. I have heard so many things about the cooking of fish and seafood here being among the world's best, especially in regards to Chinese cooking. This restaurant has everything alive, so when it's that fresh and your flavors support rather than mask the star of the plate, perfectly executed, it will always be great food. It took two hours to get there, but worth the journey, to have lunch on an island off Hong Kong. Awesome.
