Samantha is still on the journey. She continued to work on her Irish soda bread, turning it into a dessert now. She did a mock plate up to see if what she was thinking would look good on the plate. She didn’t have all the components she wanted but she was a step closer to where she wanted to be. Hopefully she can get the okay from Chef Alan to run it. Even though she wasn’t there yet, she was definitely happy that she was getting closer to where she wanted to be. Play time is always fun.
