This is Michelle, our pastry chef, eating an ice cream cone. We started talking about making our own waffle cones and then it shifted to drumsticks and so I challenged her to make these cones and the drumstick, which was one of my favorite things to eat growing up. It probably would fit in nicely at the Pineapple Room one day in some form or fashion, and would go really well with the hot dog lumpia we make---very ono. Going back to childhood memories is a good thing. There are a lot of folks who can relate, especially our guests.
