Our company was founded on the core values of creativity and innovation, and that is something we want to extend through every part of each restaurant. Even though we may be separated by an ocean, our team in Shanghai has done a tremendous job of perpetuating our company's culture, especially in the kitchen. Each day, we receive photos of what they've been working on and developing. While not every dish or component may hit the menu, what we are most proud of is that they are continuously pushing the envelope of what is possible. Here are just a few things that they've made recently - a Housemade Vanilla Corn Syrup, a Smoked Fish Plate, a Korean Stew, a Sweet Potato Pancake, and a Shellfish Roll.
