A few nights ago, we had a little going home party for Kathy, our GM at King St., who helped open Amasia and has been the acting GM for nine months. Her sacrifices for the teams, both Amasia and King St., and contributions have been vital in Amasia's first year. I continually am blessed to be surrounded with people that are committed, care about people, and want to succeed. DeeAnn made this for one of her desserts, I had two portions, it's going on the menu soon in some fashion.
