It’s a tradition we have kept up for seventeen years now. In fact, it’s a tradition for a lot of the Asian cultures at New Year's eve to pop firecrackers, symbolically to ward off the evil spirits and to welcome in the new year. Every year, while the last guests are finishing up their dinners, the ladder gets brought out and the firecrackers are strung up, and at midnight, they all get lit up. Afterwards, we throw a little party for all of the staff, since it's past midnight and they have all put in a good night's work. It’s a great get-together for everyone. The managers give speeches, so do I, and it’s a really nice time and tradition. Everyone lets their hair down for a bit and for a while, no one is thinking about work, everyone is enjoying the moment and each other's company. There were two marines amongst us tonight, friends of one of our employees, and I gave a toast to all of the military personnel who sacrifice for our country to give us our freedom and the way we live today. It was an eventful 2012, and 2013 promises to be a great year. Thank you all, with much appreciation and gratitude for all of your support, contributions, and commitment.
