I was surprised today by the management team for happy boss' day. They all dressed up in costume, and its not even Halloween yet. We recently saw a video entitled, "Finding Joe," the heroes journey. In it, there were characters like the golden Buddha, the dragon you had to slay, the flock of sheep that had a tiger amidst them with a bigger tiger. The story is about finding the hero within you and the journey you decide to take in life. It had a big impact, I think. There are two paths to choose from in life: the black straight road, which is easier, and the crooked red road, which is harder. The gang laid down colored tape on the floor to portray just that, black and straight and crooked and red. We had fun with it, and I am so fortunate to be working with this group of people.
